Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Service Sheep is a field ministry territory management platform developed by Jar Labs (Johannen Gabriel Robles & Jazielle Mavis Robles). This privacy policy covers the Service Sheep website at servicesheep.com only, including its contact form. It explains what information the website collects, how it is used, and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

The Service Sheep mobile app and web console are separate products with their own policies: the mobile app privacy policy and the web console privacy policy.

2. Definitions

3. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to anyone who visits the website or submits the contact form. Service Sheep is intended for use in the Philippines only. Visitors outside the Philippines are not the intended audience of this service, and this policy is written in accordance with Philippine law. Browsing the website does not require an account.

4. Information We Collect

The website does not ask for any personal information unless you choose to fill in the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:

If you select a role other than Service Overseer, the form recommends that you reach out to your Service Overseer instead, and nothing is sent to us.

Please do not include information about other people, such as householders, in the contact form.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through the contact form only to:

Your role is used only to route your message to the right person. We do not add you to marketing or mailing lists, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers.

6. How the Contact Form Is Delivered (EmailJS)

The website has no server of its own. When you submit the contact form, your browser sends your answers to EmailJS (EmailJS Pte. Ltd.), a service that delivers them to our inbox as an email. EmailJS processes the submission only to deliver it.

EmailJS's privacy policy is available at https://www.emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy/.

7. Spam Protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA (invisible reCAPTCHA v2) to prevent spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA runs only on the Contact page.

To tell people apart from automated programs, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as your IP address, device and browser data, and cookies set by Google, and sends it to Google for analysis. Occasionally it may ask you to complete a short challenge. The information reCAPTCHA collects is used by Google to provide and improve the service and for general security purposes; it is not used by Google for personalized advertising.

Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

8. Hosting and Server Logs

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) and delivered through its content delivery network. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the service running. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

GitHub's privacy statement is available at GitHub's General Privacy Statement.

The website's fonts and images are served from our own domain, so browsing the website does not send requests to font or image services run by third parties.

9. Cookies and Tracking

To be explicit, the website does not:

The only cookies involved are those set by Google reCAPTCHA on the Contact page, as described in Section 7.

10. Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions only for as long as we need them to respond to your request and to help set up your congregation. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time (see Section 12).

11. Data Security

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.

12. Your Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@servicesheep.com.
